Employee Development at FAU provides a variety of training and development opportunities for all FAU employees. These programs, which are presented at sites listed in the Training Schedule, are designed to enhance employee knowledge about FAU, their department, and their specific job responsibilities. Programs designed to focus on more personal issues, such as wellness and financial concerns are also periodically offered at various locations. All employees are encouraged to attend training programs appropriate to their position within the University.

Employee Development administers the performance appraisal programs along with unemployment compensation issues and questions concerning time and leave input into the HRS system.
